Updating Old Home Page Slider on Another Brochure Website
Another website constructed a few years ago was still using the old Envato FlexSlider plugin. As with the website worked on last week, the old slider was not fully responsive to various screen sizes. Repeating last weeks’ work, the decision was made to enhance this section of our customer’s home page by using the professional Smart Slider 3 Pro plugin. The editing interface within the WordPress back offfice environment is excellent, intuitive and it’s easy to modify the slides as per client’s requirements.
Taking the shortcode generated automatically for our slider, embedding that into custom HTML, applying it to the SmartSlider widget (smartslider_area_1), and with a quick easy alteration to the PHP scripting in the theme, the job is done!
