Client Website Page Editing with Elementor
So, today it’s basic work updating a front page to a client’s website, ONTRACK Tendring Transport Users Association.
Some introduction text and the embedding of a PDF document, itself containing text and drawings.
Create PDF from Powerpoint File & Embed
The client has provided a .pptx MS Powerpoint file. Double clicking on this file in the Zorin OS 17 file manager opens the .pptx file in LibreOffice Impress. Under the File tab it’s possible to export directly as a PDF. This is implemented the PDF is uploaded to the server.
The web page is edited using Elementor Pro. A new section is created – a text element and an EmbedPress Embed PDF element. The required text is added and the PDF is easily applied to the Embed PDF element.
Updates are applied. Job done!
