It is important to note prices stated on this page are a guide. Customer requirements will vary, and charges will vary depending on the complexity of the project.
VAT is not charged for these services.
A small additional charge is applied to payments made via Paypal, to cover their fees.
(Design and maintenance prices to be reviewed in April 2025 with planned adjustment implemented for May onwards).
Brochure style websites are generally designed on the WordPress content management system (CMS) platform, an appropriate WordPress theme is applied and a ‘child’ theme developed to customise the website design to meet the customer’s bespoke requirements.
Designs are generally no longer coded from scratch (unless stated in a customer’s requirement specification). It is possible to build from scratch (HTML/CSS), but these projects will incur additional design, development, testing and deployment costs.
Websites that require additional on-site visits and demonstrations will also incur additional charges.

For 2025 we have reduced our hosting prices slightly. The reductions are: £0.50/month for WordPress hosting; and £0.25/month for non-WordPress hosting.
In 2025 we have introduced a basic LINUX server hosting package (non-WordPress sites) without the ‘Stackmail’ e-mail service for just £5/month (£60 annual fee paid upfront).

Domain pricing addendum: Due to substantial price increases charged by our third party domain registration provider from 15 October 2025, new .uk domain registrations will be £11.00 annually, and .com domain registrations will be £17.50 annually. All domain registration renewal fees will also increase from 1 January 2026.
Technical support and website maintenance fees remain unchanged in 2025.
Design/redesign work flows are currently being re-evaluated and restructured, with new design software to be used in the various website maintenance tasks.
This process is due to be completed shortly, and a review of the price charged per hour will be reassessed. Prices will be adjusted in late 2025.
